The Cass County Community Foundation currently administers two scholarship programs: The Lilly Endowment Community Scholars Program and the Cass County General Scholarship Program.

Since 1998, the Lilly Endowment Program has annually made awards to two Cass County students and named them " Lilly Scholars". The award offers full tuition and fees to attend any 4-year accredited baccalaureate granting college or university in the state of Indiana. Student recipients also receive $900 annually for books.

The General Scholarship Program is funded by individual donors with awards and criteria varying for each fund. The general program also boasts awards for two-year, skills and trade school students. In 2011 the General Program awarded 95 scholarships to 75 different students totaling near $150,000 to help them pursue a post-secondary education.
