Part of the mission of the Community Foundation is to provide resources, leadership and hope to our citizens as well as helping them accomplish good deeds. Since 1993, we have built positive relationships with donors, community leaders and other non-profits to create the community we all want to live in and enjoy.
Regional Leadership Institute
The Cass County Community Foundation has been a proud partner and charter member of the Hoosier Heartland Alliance Regional Leadership Institute. The RLI (Regional Leadership Institute) is a collaboration of almost 75 community leaders in 14 counties of north central Indiana. The RLI is committed to developing strategies to position the region on the global stage as a leader in innovation with a competitive economy and strong, vibrant communities.
The group continues to meet and cultivate regional leaders, regional stewardship and a culture of collaboration through three clearly defined directions:
- Fostering a prosperous economy through collaborative efforts and entrepreneurial innovation.
- Strengthening education and workforce development to enhance diversity and human capital.
- Advancing livable communities and ensuring a sustainable environment.
